AZF	General Flight Radiotelephone Operator’s Certificate
Course of studies in accordance with	FlugfunkV
Requirements	good knowledge of the English and German language Minimum age 18 years
Content	Conducting the aeronautical mobile radiotelephone service in German and English Use of fixed/preassigned - phrases - expressions - techniques - abbreviations - emergency - and priority procedures
Qualification/Authorization	The General Flight Radiotelephone Operator’s Certificate entitles holder to execute the unrestricted air-ground radiotelephony

BZF I	Restricted validity of the Radiotelephone Operator’s Certificate I for the radiotelephone service
Course of studies in accordance with	FlugfunkV JAR-FCL
Requirements	good knowledge of the English and German language Minimum age 15 years
Content	Conducting the aeronautical mobile radiotelephone service in German and English Use of fixed/preassigned - phrases - expressions - techniques - abbreviations - emergency - and priority procedures
Qualification/Authorization:	Radiotelephone services on board of an aircraft, which is conducting a flight according to VFR, or at an aeronautical station under previously mentioned pre-conditions

BZF II	Restricted validity of the Radiotelephone Operator’s Certificate II for the radiotelephone service
Course of studies in accordance with	FlugfunkV 2. DVLuftPersV for PPL(A) required
Requirements	good knowledge of the German language Minimum age 15 years
Content	Conducting the aeronautical mobile radiotelephone service in German Use of fixed/preassigned - phrases - expressions - techniques - abbreviations - emergency - and priority procedures
Qualification/Authorization:	Radiotelephone services in German on board an aircraft within the Federal Republic of Germany, which is conducting a flight according to VFR, or at an aeronautical station under previously mentioned pre-conditions
