CRM - Crew Resource Management

Flightschool Berlin offers initial and recurrent crew resource management training in accordance with EU-OPS. Our teachers have long-standing experiences with renowned airlines
and have the required LBA certificate.

Training Content

Communikation, stress management, conflict resolution,
behaviour contact person and decision making.

Duration:

Intial training for cockpit and cabin: 3 days
Recurrent for cockpit and cabin: 1 day

Course Dates:

We will do our best to adapt the course to your personal schedule.

Course Requirements:

Signed training contract
At least 5 participants are needed to begin a course.

Customized Courses for Airlines:

We will be pleased to adapt the course content to your own procedures and checklists if required.

Facilities:

You can use the training classrooms the whole day. We can help if you need any accommodation.
